Mr. Tan Tieniu met all our students and shared the latest science and technology development of China on 12th February 2018. He also elaborated on how science and technology could improve our lives.

Our students joined “My Relationship with the Belt and Road Initiative – 2018 Inter-school Competition on Integrated Abilities of Senior Secondary Students in Hong Kong”. They were awarded Second Class Honour in the competition.
Staff Development by Lord Brennan
Lord Brennan, a British barrister, and Lady Brennan visited our school and had discussion with our teachers on Belt and Road Initiatives on 5th January 2018. His speech gave fresh insights to our staff on the issue.
Iceland Education Tour
In Feb 2018, 25 students travelled to Iceland for a music exchange with with local students. At the same time, they also had a close encounter with the attractive geographical features and sustainable development of Iceland. Peacemakers’ Cultural Celebration
Our school joined Peacemakers’ Cultural Celebration on 10th February 2018. Our students were assigend to promote the culture of Afghanistan. They gladly produced small hand-made souvenirs for visitors. At the same time, they visited other booths to understand more about the cultures of other countries.
Talk by Professor Liang Digang
Professor Liang Digang visited our school on 13th December 2017 to share with our students on “Natural Gas industry in China”. He gave an inspiring talk on the development of natural gas industry and how the geologists worked hard to discover more oil resources. Our students were greately moved by his speech.
RTHK: Racial integration
Four students participated in a programme organized by RTHK about racial integration. They attended two workshops to understand more on the ethnic minorities and participated in a fun day which aimed to promote racial integration.
Talk by Professor Liang Digang
On 17th May 2017, Professor Liang Digang , an expert in oil exploration and development in China, gave a talk to our students about his life as a geologist, and how oil was found in Northern China. The exploration was really not easy. However, due to the sincere attitude of the geologists in China, the oil production has been exponentially increased in the past few decades.
