Belt and Road Initiative Workshop

Belt & Road Initiative created a lot of opportunities for our youngsters. We arranged a workshop on Belt & Road Initiative to all S3 students on 6 April 2017. During the workshop, they discovered a lot of interesting facts related to the cultures of the countries particpating in Bell & Road Initiative. It is hoped that they can learn how to appreciate the cultures of other countries.

Exchange Programme with Kazak teachers

25 teachers from Kazakhstan visited our school on 20 December 2016. The focus of their visit is science education. Through discussion and lesson observation, their teachers have understood more on how we conduct science lessons using English as a medium of instruction. They also toured around the campus to understand how science education can be carried out outside classroom.

Talk by Mr. Sugiyama Mitsumaru and Ms. Kohno Yasue

Mr. Sugiyama Mitsumaru and Ms. Kohno Yasue, whose grandparents subsidized the activities of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen in 1900s, visited our school on 10 December. Our students shared with them how Hong Kong students understood the Dr. Sun’s contribution to China. Ms. Kohno Yasue gave a talk on the precious friendship between Japan and China.  Moreover, she elaboartoed on her organization’s understandin of Dr. Sun’s history. It was a good chance for the students to learn the history of Sun Yat-Sen from a global perspective.
