Prof. Ip Yuk Yu Nancy, the Vice-President for Research and Development, the Morningside Professor of Life Science, and the Director of the State Key Laboratory of Molecular Neuroscience at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology paid a visit to CFSS and delivered a talk to S.6 students on 30th November, 2021.
Prof. Ip shared her journey of becoming a scientist: there are always ups and downs, happiness and sadness during scientific investigation, but only with all those experiences can our lives become more fruitful and meaningful. Therefore, she encourages our students to step out of the comfort zone and give a glimpse of being a life scientist.
