Download and install Office 365 out of campus

Microsoft provides five sets of Office 365 software for your usage out of campus.

Following the steps below, you may download them from the webmail page and install them by yourself whenever you need.


Step 1: Open webmail with your browser, click “account icon”, and then click “My account”.

Step 2: Click “Install status”

Step 3: You may choose a proper language

Step 4: Choose the software of the system type (64-bit / 32-bit). If you don’t know your system type of the windows, please click here.

Step 5: Click “Install Office”

Step 6: Click “Save”

Step 7: Then after downloading, you may install it by double click the program.

Check the system type of the Windows

Step 1: Click “Start” and then click “Setting”.

Step 2: Click “System”

Step 3: Click “About”, you will see the system type of windows.
