Video Conference with our sister school

To continue with the pen friend programme in academic year 2021-2022, we conducted video conference with Shanghai Nanyang High School, our sister school, on 8th September 2021. Students shared their joy in the pen friend programme, and discussed their happiness about Olympics Games 2020. They also talked about their future careers and dreams. The conference was full of laughter.

Joint Performance with New Zealand Secondary Students’ Choir

On 11th July 2018, our students had a joint performance with New Zealand Secondary Students’ Choir. The performance started with the shows of Chinese musical instruments by our students, our School Orchestra and School Choir performance, followed by the performance by New Zealand Secondary Students’ Choir. The show ended with a joint performance by the two choirs. The students from the two schools chatted cheerfully and had dinner together after the show.

Shanghai Education Tour

During 17th April 2017 and 21st April 2017, 30 students and 5 teachers went to Shanghai to study the culture and education. In the trip, they visited Shanghai Nanyang High School (http://www.cfss.edu.hk/event20170417.html) to study how Shanghai Nanyang High School is promoting language, culture and sports. They visited Shanghai Museum, former residence of Ba Jin,  Tianzi Fang to study how historical and cultural conservation has been done in Shanghai. Exchange Programme with Kazak teachers

25 teachers from Kazakhstan visited our school on 20 December 2016. The focus of their visit is science education. Through discussion and lesson observation, their teachers have understood more on how we conduct science lessons using English as a medium of instruction. They also toured around the campus to understand how science education can be carried out outside classroom.
