An Icelandic student conducted a one-week exchange programme in CFSS in early March. She had lessons with our 1E students. Besides academic exchange, our students also interacted with the Icelandic student happily through learning each other’s languages and teaching her to play badminton.
On 15th December, 2022, Mr. Thorir Ibsen, Ambassador of Iceland to the People’s Republic of China visited our school and conducted sharing session with students who have been Iceland for an exchange tour in 2018. Mr. Ibsen and our students conducted interactive conversation on their experience on Iceland. Students were impressed by Ambassador’s sharing on the history of skyr, a famous Icelandic dessert.
In Feb 2018, 25 students travelled to Iceland for a music exchange with with local students. At the same time, they also had a close encounter with the attractive geographical features and sustainable development of Iceland.
