Solar Harvest Solar Energy Support Scheme is a Government program providing subsidy and one-stop service to help eligible schools install small-scale solar PV systems at their premises. CFSS has successfully joined the Solar Harvest Scheme since last year.
The photos below illustrate the solar panels and components of the “FiT” Scheme System at our rooftop. This echoes our school’s practice to promote the use of renewable energy. The data of energy generation collected can then be displayed in Physics Laboratory and Geology & Climate Change Resource Centre, coupled to school-based curriculums and extended learning activities to optimize learning and teaching process.
